All Dunamis Lifestyle Centre is a wellness centre with a practice of healthy living and wellness teachings with the vision and purpose of helping individuals live a pain-free, disease-free, drug-free lifestyle to the extent possible. Dr. Paulette Higgins has created her healthy meal plan program based on personal experience and enthusiastic research. Dr. Higgins is not a nutritionist nor has she been licensed as such in the past. Nonetheless, she has recommended plant-based, whole-foods dietary changes to her patients and they have substantially improved their health, and those who have followed her meal plan guidelines within this program have overwhelmingly reported positive results.
